BREAKFAST MENU

Eggs are always free-range. Bacon is British back bacon.

Porridge (as starter or main)
Served with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Brown sugar or honey on buffet table (Porridge can also be made with soya milk, rice milk or lactose free milk)

English Breakfast
Egg (fried, poached or scrambled), bacon, sausage mushrooms, tomato and baked beans.

Poached or scrambled eggs on toast
Add to order: bacon, sausage or tomato (GF toast available)

Omelette: plain, mushroom or cheese
Add to the order: bacon, sausage, tomato and baked beans.

Sandwiches
Bacon or sausage on lightly toasted white or wholemeal (GF available)

Eggs Benedict
2 poached eggs on a slice of ham on a toasted muffin, with hollandaise sauce

Kippers
Pre-order for the next day.
Depending on availability they may be whole kippers or kipper fillets. We source locally.
Poached or scrambled egg can be added.

BREAKFAST BUFFET

Juice
Chilled orange juice always available. At least one other juice usually on buffet.

Cereals
A wide selection of cereals are available

Milk
Whole milk, Semi-skimmed milk,  soya milk, rice milk

Whole milk is provided on the buffet table for the cereals.
Semi-skimmed milk on the tables for beverages.
Skimmed milk can be provided on request but is not stocked as standard.
