Arrival & Departure
Usual check-in time is between 2.30pm and 6pm. Late arrivals (6-10pm) by special arrangement only. No arrivals after 10.00pm.
Car-Park
We have enough parking for one place for each room.
Luggage
We can provide assistance with luggage. For those travelling by train/coach, if you have to arrive before 2.30pm or leave after check-out time (10.30am), you may leave your luggage with us.
Special Diets
We specialise in catering for special dietary requirements eg for those requiring gluten-free, dairy/lactose free or vegetarian diets. Eating out in the area is, as one guest said, a “coeliacs dream come true”. We’ve done the research for you and provide you with all the info you need.
Eating Out
There are many eateries nearby or within a short drive. They range from cafes to Michelin starred restaurants. We provide all the information you need. Our Eating Out Guide can be attached to your email confirmation.
Dogs
We provide a wide range of services and information for dog owners.All bookings for dog owners must be made with us directly. A small charge is made for dogs to ensure that we can continue to provide services and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the rooms.

Bar
We have a small bar within a pleasant conservatory with access to the garden. We stock local ales and a variety of spirits, liqueurs, wine & soft drinks.
Garden
Our garden has comfortable wooden hardwood furniture, parasols, and a swing bench.
Sea-Views
A typical view from our four first floor sea-view rooms – Tall Ships, Bay View, Coast & Harbour. Bay View has the best full-on view.
Technology
We have free wi-fi access. Print out facilities by arrangement. All rooms have either Freesat HD, FreeSky or Freeview TV & DVD players.
Laundry
We have an ironing board and iron that can be brought to your room. Laundry service at a charge. Wet suits and beach wear can be dried on our line at no charge. Beach towel hire available.
Mobility
Please note: Our ground floor bedrooms are not suitable for those entirely reliant on wheelchairs whilst inside the house.

Can be hired on a daily basis at Goodrington Sands and other places around the bay. Pre-booking is possible for longer periods. Beach Hut Hire Charges
